Does the gel from ErgoGelâ„¢ products cause too much cooling in winter?
No. The gel is thermoregulating , not just cooling. It disperses excess heat in summer and retains gentle warmth in winter , for consistent thermal comfort all year round.
Are ErgoFoamâ„¢ products less effective without gel?
Not at all. The high-density viscoelastic foam used in ErgoFoamâ„¢ provides customized support and effectively reduces pressure points. The choice depends on your temperature sensitivity: ErgoFoamâ„¢ if you don't have a problem with nighttime heat, ErgoGelâ„¢ if you also want to regulate temperature.
Are Omilys products suitable for all body types?

Can I use an ErgoGelâ„¢ or ErgoFoamâ„¢ mattress topper on any mattress?
Yes. They are compatible with all mattresses (spring, latex, foam) and all standard sizes.
Are Omilys pillows and cushions washable?
The cover is always removable and machine washable at 30°C. The foam or gel cores should not be washed but can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
How long does an Omilys product last?
On average 5 to 7 years for daily use, thanks to the high density of the foam and the quality of the materials.
Do the products really help relieve pain?

Shipping and delivery
What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes between 5 and 10 business days after shipment.
What are the delivery charges?
Standard delivery is free, with no additional charges for the customer.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to all countries in Europe.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly via the link provided.
Returns and refunds
Can I return an item if it doesn't suit me?
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return any product that does not suit you. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
